THE NO-WEAK LEG BINARY SYSTEM
Every Affiliate will have a two team payout system that will encourage teamwork and allow everyone to benefit from everyone within that team. The Company pays a percentage of total commissionable sales volume from the pay leg each week. Spillover will travel to first available w eak spot, if legs are even, default LEFT. Example: As Spillover falls through the binary structure, at every position it falls to the weakest side. If the two sides are even default left. Finding a home in the first available home.
Commissionable Volume is derived from but not limited to membership sales, experience sales, and accessories. Commissionable Volume is not derived from Market Place Sales.
MONTHLY BONUS (Paid Monthly)
The Monthly Bonus is the core of the compensation plan and the foundation for a lifetime of financial independence. The Monthly Bonus is a Unilevel, paid on monthly recurring volume in the Affiliate’s team lineage, regardless of the binary leg, through 6 levels.
COMPRESSION
The TEN Institute Monthly bonus features Compression. Compression means that if an Affiliate cancels, is terminated, or otherwise becomes inactive, their downline is linked to the leader of the inactive affiliate causing a “compression” effect on the downline. In other words, when determining how many levels you are compensated on, inactive affiliates do not count as a level.
CHEETAH CHASE SPEED BONUS (Paid Weekly)
Affiliates at the rank of 2 Star Ambassador and above earn 5% of all the volume produced by a new lineage to unlimited levels in the first 60 days of that lineage’s existence. The volume from the personally referred (all) membership sales accounted for in the Personal Matching Bonus is excluded.
To make this clear, let’s assume Bob is at least a 2 Star Director and sponsored Jane. Jane enrolls 3 Individual 1’s in her first 7 days. She enrolls an additional Individual 1’s from day 8 through 30. The 6 new enrollments produce an additional 4 Family 1’s and 8 Individual 3 Sales between them in Jane’s first 60 days. Bob’s compensation would be as follows:
